Questions about the product
All our products are printed on museum quality giclée presses. Our premium papers come mainly from Germany and are constantly being improved.
All orders are processed print-on-demand, your poster will only be made for you after you have placed your order.
Sizes and frames
All sizes are given in centimetres as well as inches. Sizes may vary depending on the design and product. Posters are shipped without frames or hangers, please take this into account when ordering. Protective packaging is used for shipping to ensure the posters are delivered to your door in perfect condition.

Order & Shipping Questions
How do I know that the order has arrived?
You will receive an order confirmation after the order process. You have not received one? Please check that you have entered the correct e-mail address. You have entered the correct address? Please check whether the confirmation has arrived in the spam folder. If you are still unsure, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does shipping take?
Please bear in mind that there may be delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
All posters are produced print-in-demand. Production takes up to three days.
Generally, shipping time within Europe is approximately 3- 4 days.
All other countries approximately 3 - 14 days. Please see the shipping terms for more details.
Most shipping service providers use tracking numbers. If the shipping service provider responsible for your shipment provides a tracking number, we will inform you of this after handover to shipping.
We print worldwide to keep shipping times as short as possible and to avoid possible import duties or additional local taxes. Please bear in mind that it may not be possible to avoid this in all cases.
Can I cancel my order?
This is a print-on-demand order. To ensure the fastest possible processing so that you receive your goods in the quickest way possible, all processes are fully automated. Cancellation is not possible after the order has been placed. If you have any questions about this, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
Can I return my goods?
The statutory cancellation periods of 14 days apply. You can find more details in the refund policy. The return shipment is at your own expense.
Are the goods damaged? Please contact our customer service. We will replace the goods.
